I have been working hard on my swing over the winter and found one that seems very comfortable. When I look at myself on film from a rear view it seems my hands are fairly close to my legs at address. I have done the drill of getting into position then letting my arms hang loose at address and that's just how my hands set up everytime. When I try and move them out away from my body a little more I toe the ball badly using the same swing. If I address the ball with the ball on the heal of the club I end up hitting in the center when my hands are farther away from me. I was wondering if my body type has something to do with all this. I am only 5'7" with long legs and a real short torso. I am a weight lifter and have a fairly barreled chest. Anyone have any suggestions? Any would be helpful. Thanks

A general rule of thumb is to stand about a fist and a thumb away from the butt of the club.
