not an issue of the club being flat.  possibly the clubs arent long enough, but my guess is the indian, not the arrow.

From my experience hitting off the toe can come from swinging across the ball severely, or "goat humping" (pulling the head severely off the wall as you early extend).

I started toeing it recently when I started addressing the ball with my hands out a little further from the body.  I tested my stance and found I was too bunched but the adjustment led to toed contacts.  Still a work in progress for me as an adjustment (even a right one) takes hours to become your natural swing.  I know I stand too bunched so will take the time to adjust.

Maybe get your address checked as a starting point to work up from ?

I was going to google goat humping to see if that was an actual term, but I thought better of it.

Adjust the lie angle of one club and see. Could be length and/or combo of length/lie;

Could be club and swing...

Adjust one variable, and then check..

Coming out of posture, swinging to far left, pulling the arms in etc. Post a video of your swing if you can.

Being that far out on the toe it's the swing and not the club.
