Please help! I need some tips fixing my swing. Been trying for awhile now. Things ive noticed that i am trying to fix. Using a 9 iron, hitting average 115 yards. #7 iron average 130 yards - head dips quite a bit. (i am trying to keep it still but during downswing, i have lose focus) - need more lag for distance? (swung a couple of practice swings while holding angle. It looked perfect, but during a fast swing(70-80%), theres no lag. ) - left arm is not straight during upswing ( i fixed this problem (yay)) - after ball contact, left arm not straight? Lifting too early? Not sure how to describe it. ( not sure how to fix this) Thanks for the advice!

Welcome to the forum @supaaa

I recommend you review the following thread and look at key 2, weight forward at impact.  On your down swing, you are not shifting your weight forward enough. You are actually moving your upper body down toward the ball.  They your body compensates and you bend your left arm to avoid hitting the ground.

In the thread below, there are a bunch of great videos that cover all of the keys including weight forward, key 2.

Lastly, you could benefit from shortening your back swing a bit.  It is not giving you extra power to go those last 20 degrees and maybe preventing you from shifting your weight properly.
