Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Thanks Steve.  I noticed his set up was very close to what Utley and Sieckmann suggest.  His grip wasn't as weak as recommended by Sieckmann, but the body motion was similar.
