From his site but public in youtube.

Note that Stan uses the same pitch motion but just sets up slightly different.  This is very similar to the information presented in the thread below by Erik, Dave and Mike.  I would personally be careful trying to add spin until I have nailed down the pitch technique.

Bingo. Too many players find it sexy to try to spin the ball unnecessarily. To their overall detriment.

Thanks for sharing. I'll stick to using loft to minimize roll out for now. I got enough work to do on my swing without getting fancy. I do get decent spin with a half swing 60* but it's nowhere near reliable to strategize around.

Yours in earnest, Jason.

Of course, it may explain those times you do a pitch and it feels right, but checks up when you did not intend to do it.

Thx.

I noticed his smooth movement.

Even his speedy add more loft technique is very smooth.

Confirms, not that it's needed, what Erik and Mike have demoed in previous threads.

To me, he really doesn't explain either of those shots very well and the first one he hit didn't actually check up at all either.

:-P

Agree.

Maybe Stan just gives you a sniff of the good stuff so you will subscribe to his site for a monthly payment to find the meat.
