Eyad!  This is one of the more hysterically funny auto-corrects because Poulter does look like a chicken!  Or more appropriate, like a Rooster with multi-colored plumage.

Is it bad to lock the rear leg?

Yes, you will explode your knee caps.

All joking aside, yea you do not want to lock your knee. Though it would take a lot to do that. It would make it very difficult to regain flex in that knee if it is locked.

Probably :offtopic: but I feel as though my back knee does lock in momentarily while on the back swing before I start the down swing.

I've seen video of myself and I believe I do lock it, however, I've not had an instructor tell me it's something to concern myself with.
