Lost golf swing

I have a tourney in a week and I have officially lost my golf swing. I used to play a lot of tournaments throughout the year, but have only played one meaningful tournament in about 1 1/2 years. Does anyone have any tips on how to go into a tournament with a bad swing and still find a way to score?
