How can I create less backspin?

Every iron I hit flies high and stops on a dime on the fairway or green. I literally get zero roll out, even with longer irons.

I took a look at your swing thread and I think it's related to your Key #3. You're flipping at the ball, which adds loft, so you're hitting shots higher and probably landing them on a steeper angle. I think you should work on the stuff in your swing thread and see how that goes.

"Stopping on a dime" is typically a good thing when it comes to irons but I get what you're saying @FaldosEgo .

Agree with @billchao above, it's a Key #3 problem that's probably related to something that's off with the first two Keys that's causing you to add loft dynamically into impact.
