I can not hit the large 460cc drivers, I can not square the face. I started my search looking for something 300cc or smaller. I called a local shop that deals in a lot of used sticks. The guy said he just got in a Big Bertha warbird in good shape 50 bucks..LH is the key here chk it out..

I really hit the ball well, 230-240 long for me. It has a 2 degree hook face im sure that helped. I don't think that is the original shaft, what do you guys think ??

Sweet. I prefer a smaller driver head too, not that I can hit them worth a shit anyway. I have an old Cleveland launcher.

Yours in earnest, Jason.

I think TaylorMade released a small-head driver a year or two ago. Have you looked into that one?

Callaway just did as well.

I've been gaming an old Titlesist 975J-VS which is 312cc and was one of the first Titleist drivers to feature a higher COR face. It seems to be the best of both worlds for me. Just large enough and enough tech for forgiveness and distance, but small enough to get that clubhead feel. With the Warbird I would think you're giving up too much tech just to have a small clubhead. $50 is also very steep for a Warbird, they run <$20 shipped on ebay.

I'm going to ebay and see if I can find that 975j-vs, thanks for the heads up
