I have a Grafalloy Prolite 4.5s 60g stiff shaft that I slice pretty bad, and the stock Speeder 57 58g stiff shaft that I draw/hook the ball with. I've read that the Speeder 57 S flex is closer to an X flex and the Prolite is closer to an R flex, which may explain why I'm at either end of the hook/slice spectrum. Do any of you have any suggestions for a shaft that would fit between these two? My swing speed is between 105-110. Thanks guys!

Welcome to The SandTrap

As for your question, it depends on your swing. There is no industry standard for golf shaft flex. More importantly is how the club loads into the balls, basically its bend profile. I would go get fitted for a driver to make sure it matches your swing.

The club loading and the transition at top are big influences on what flex you need. All other things equal, a player with quick transition at top will need a stiffer shaft than one with a smoother transition.

As @saevel25 said, go get a fitting to make sure.

Note: The Mizuno shaft optimizer can give you multi-point on your "swing DNA" for iron shots.

I'd consider shaft weight as well.

Gambling is illegal at Bushwood sir, and I never slice.
