I've been Playing Golf for: 6 years

My current handicap index or average score is: hcp 15.3, but I guess on avarage I play around 15/16

My typical ball flight is: left to right with the driver, pretty straight with the iron

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: pushslice with the driver

It was shot spontaniously on the DR of the local golfclub just before a round. Very happy the way my game is evolving. Still room for improvement, straightening my left leg to soon. Thus (in my view) blocking a good lateral hip shift. In general during a round I try to forget and just play and enjoy. But always keeping in mind a connected straight left arm. I would like possitive feedback.

I play a fade more natural. Do not need to think about it. My driver is, I guess, my main problem. Last Sunday, I played on a beautifull course. First 9, I was 5 above. My driver was striping. No hesitation to hit it, which resulted in pull fade's, all fairway. Committed to the shot. Back 9, 11 above, with more wind, I hit with less comitment. Which results in push balls with a higher ball flight, ball going eventually to the right. As soon as I trust my approach, the ball starts piercing again. I have no difficulty with launching the ball high. I noticed I have gained distance becasue I swing more agressivly through the ball. Going back to my last round, distance with the driver was (measured with gps) 250 yards (shortest) to 285-290 yards (longest, total driving distance). Back 9 distance shrunk to 230 - 250 yards, picking up distance again on hole 18, when I was fully committed. I have a 430 cc Mizuno driver, fubuki stiff shaft.

Please excuse the typo's.

I am such a you tube nerd.

I don't have Analyzer on my work computer, but I did notice that your head drops down and moves forward from A4 to A6.  It may be because you are trying to turn more than your shoulders allow.  Check out this thread and the drill below.  I particularly like the feeling of pushing down on my left thumb. It keeps the left arm straight, right elbow in a good spot and keeps me from over-swinging.
