LinkSoul is a fairly new apparel company (and I don't just mean shirts - they've got everything, including sandals , shoes , hats , even sunglasses and more!) that is making some pretty cool stuff that I wanted to talk to you guys about.

One of their PGA Tour players is Geoff Ogilvy:

Another video just because:

@mvmac and I selected LinkSoul as the official apparel company of the 2015 Newport Cup!

So let's welcome them to the site, check out their site, and look to order some clothing and apparel. It's top notch stuff, feels great, and looks both unique and classic at the same time.

Yep they have some pretty nice stuff and it's cool that John Ashworth (yes that Ashworth) is the man behind it all.

Quote:
John Ashworth began playing with the idea of Linksoul over twenty years ago while building Ashworth, Inc. After leaving Ashworth, and following a long and winding road through several creative endeavors from course design in Scotland, to designing Quiksilver's golf apparel line, Fidra, and back to Ashworth again for another run. Through it all he collected an all-star team, and with them continued to nurture and grow this idea of Linksoul. Together, after years of conceptualizing, collecting, developing and designing, we are very pleased to birth Linksoul.

Curious what everyone's favorite combo of shirt and shorts/pants would be. I'll post mine later. Post yours.

He may be able to purchase his name from Adidas since it looks as if they are about to put Ashworth on the block.

Wonder if he is interested.

The apparel looks understated and kewl...

Drytech Shirt in aqua or aloe heather (that type of material is the deciding factor for me, although I like the "innosoft stripe knit" look the best)

Garbardine Chinos in charcoal or Micro Stripe Shorts in charcoal

and of course ... a grey heather cashmere sweater for the chilly mornings ( sweater vest if its only cool)

Very cool stuff.  I'd probably go with:

Linen Texture Golf Pants (Grey)

Drytech Shirt (I don't need to pick a color, because once I find a shirt I like I just buy every single color)

I have a good collection of golf clothes right now, but what I might actually buy soon is the shoe bag.  Very cool.

A linksoul ad keeps popping up on my FB feed:  coast highway classic knit shirt for $29 (regular $68).  So I finally bought one today.  We'll see how it goes but between these and the Newport Cup team reviews I've got high expectations.

  • 3 years later...

Re-opening an old thread.

I had purchased Linksoul waterproof pants and jacket. I found the fit great. Since I was a huge fan of Ashworth clothing this seems to make sense.
I found myself heading over to the Linksoul webpage. Very cool style clothing.

I ordered some golf polos coming. They had a cyber deal going and a 3 pack for $99. The only issue is I have no idea what polos they will be sending. This is by design as that is how the 3 pack is listed.

I am finding lately that I am more intrigued by the Small boutique golf designs lately.

I wear True Linkswear shoes and now am migrating over to Linksoul. Anyone else finding these types of brands more stylish and overall comfort superior to the big brands?

I am hoping the Linksoul polos that come are a good fit. Ashworth always had a good fit for my frame.

I like Linksoul a lot, ever since the 2015 NC, but I stick to their sale items. Every thing else is a bit pricy for me.

I agree the prices are high. I too look for their sales.

The upside is that they always have polos on sale, and they're basically identical to the stuff that isn't on sale.
