Free beers and high 5's all around............. Feels good to hit a goal. From 110s to 100, to 90s, now this. Totally worth the crazy sunburn. Just have to e consistent and keep improving.

Shot an 88 45/43. No double on the back 9. Still had a couple push shots but not as far right as normal. Played par 3s well (usually worst 4 holes for me) and just felt great.

Aside from getting out there and just playing more, the mental part of it was big and still is. Don't get down after a bad shot and let it lead to another. Playing within myself as well. I know what I can do and what I struggle at so no need to try to make the hero shot if you're not comfortable with it or just know you flat out can't hit that shot.

Congrats, hope you stay there awhile. I broke in the 80's twice in the last month ... but then the golfing gods felt the need to humble me with a 99 and 95 the last two times out. So soak it in, and enjoy the heck out of it!

Don't you put that evil on me!

Sorry, It happens to everyone... You'll get there again. But you will be more consistent in the LOW 90's more times until you crack it again. then again..maybe not right away. But your next goal is to get to 85. You'll crack that, and won't again for a few weeks. then you will start doing that more. Next is 80... As far as I'm concerned, the toughest nut to crack- CONSISTENTLY.

Yeah, and don't you hate those posters who crack 80 inside of 2 years from starting the game and continue to improve? I say :-P to them.
