He really shouldn't be considered a pro!

Bubba's swing is homemade, after all... I bet he was getting good numbers even as an amateur golfer.

like is J.B. Holmes's swing homemade etc...

I was looking at this dude from England on youtube Gorilla James. He's got huge clubhead speed - but he's training for long drive competitions so yea...

Of course they could. The BS isn't only slung from one direction.

I used to work with a guy that could swing a 20 lb. hammer like most of us swing golf clubs. You would swear it looked like the head of the hammer was going to shatter on impact at any minute.

He didn't play golf but if somebody was offering an over/under bet on him swinging a golf club 125 mph I would take the over in a heartbeat, bet my retirement funds, and feel like my bet was completely safe.

Two years ago at a driver fitting my swing speed was between 105-110.  Not sure what it would be right now.

Last fall I changed my driver to a G25, and hit maybe 20 - 25 balls. Swing speed was  usually around 95, +/- a couple,  on a normal swing with good contact.

I was watching stan lee's superhumans tvshow on youtube...

There was this normal looking power sports guy who claimed that he had superhuman strentgh basically...

He could actually bend steel tools into prezel shapes...like hammers and wrenches etc

And he rolled steel frying pans into paper roll shapes (into a tube shape)

It turned out through biomedical testing that he could activate something like 90% of his musclefibers in a given muscle.

He had massive explosive power in all his muscles. Massive acceleration I should say. And he used that massive acceleration to create massive bursts of force...

I always wondered how well he could do in some other sports maybe even golf? But he was mostly doing his own strongman type of shows and competitions.

That show is amazing. There was one guy who could run "forever". His muscles did not generate the same amount of the toxin that induces cramps and pain.

Im 62...swing speed is between 95-105 depending (only tested at PGA Tour Superstore) I would safely assume mostly the high 90s as I rarely swing full out

All this preoccupation with swing speed & distance...screw it...play f'in Golf...much more to Golf than freakin swing speed and distance (But not if you drink the Taylormade koolaid)
