Justin Rose

I'd like to second this. I think Rose will get his second PGA TOUR win this year. This is a pretty big statement considering...

I've already stated this in the Steve Stricker thread, but I think Rose will break the top 5 in the world. He's young, fit, focused and talented.

Steve Stricker. He's finally healthy.

Stricker never had any health issues- just lost his game for a few years. I do agree that he will have a good season- he already has enough fed-ex cup points for the the first tournament. Also I think the Choi and Sabatini will have great years.

Stricker is a good bet, back to back comeback player of the year, his career is getting a second wind, he'll probably get a few wins this year.

K.J. Choi has a very solid game and that will continue to put him on the leaderboard.

Look out for Sergio Garcia, the talent is there, if he wins a big tournament that may give him the confidence he needs.

I like Sergio, hes going to win early and have a fast start this year. Hopefully he can translate that into some majors. I would also "love" to see Davis Love III have another solid year... i guess i'm biased, hes my favorite golfer. :)

Angel Cabrera I look for him to with the US Open again.

That might be a good bet if it weren't for the fact that Torrey Pines is practically Tiger's old home course. But, at 7600+ yards I've heard the USGA will make that place, Angel certainly isn't a bad pick.

Mmm... I want to doubt that using some insider knowledge from California. Torrey Pines is a public course in this state, which means you technically can't smoke while playing there. Not that this rule is really obeyed by casual players, but I can't see it happening during a tournament. But I didn't watch too closely at the Torrey Pines events that have happened that weren't the U.S. Open.
