-1 yesterday (71), and today, 10-under through 16! Wowee! He could almost shoot 59. He won't, but he almost could. Turning the front in 31 probably took that away along with three pars to start the back. But a 61 is a real possibility here, and he'd be paired with Singh I think.

Eagle eagle on 13 and 14, but then he just parred the 16th (580, par 5). Okay, so maybe a 62 is all that's in the cards today. Sorry, he birdied 16. So now he's -11 for the day and -12 overall. He parred 17.

Yeah I have been following his scorecard. Start the round 80th place and already in second place. -10 under for the day. Incredible.

I'm used to seeing these performances from Mr. Woods.

Seriously though, this is what the fans wanted, so that is great. Singh vs. Woods should be fun this weekend. I would personally like for DiMarco to catch them both and whip em. But that probably won't happen.

DiMarco's at -9 so he's not out of it.

Just looking at some stats: Rnd 1 Tiger hits 71% of the fairways but only 61% GIR and shoots 71. Rnd 2 he hits only 50% of the fairways and has 89% GIR in route to a 61. All that practice playing out of the rough for the past 2 years is coming in handy .
