Natalie reminds me a little of Tom Watson who early in his career couldn't win. Then he broke through and became... well, Tom Watson and all those British Opens. I would wish she would give up the Hammy putter and learn to really putt. But, other than that (and forgetting for herself she's a "celebrity") I think she'll do well. She's no Lorena or Annika or Nancy, but she's no Kornikova either.

Even though '06 was a down year for Paula, just think how many LPGA golfers (and LPGA wannabes) would love to have had her year. $1,076,163 (11th) and 14 top ten finishes. Obviously Paula is not a Big Break girl, but the real deal.

I think it's important to note that Paula Creamer was injured most of last year. I don't attribute her poor play to a "sophomore slump," but to injury.
