Tom seems to be doing the right things. The team seems to be working as a group. They will feel less pressure this year and being the road team has some advantages. I am a bit concerned that Tiger and Furyk will be placed together due to their Pres Cup success, but their games are a match. I would not be surprised to see Tiger play with JJ Henry or Vaughn Taylor more than with Furyk, if Phil does not look sharp. My 4 keys for the US Team are the following: 1) Tiger needs to win at least 4 points. 2) Phil needs to win at least 3.5 points. 3) Toms and DiMarco need to keep playing well. 4) Sink some putts on the last few holes to halve matches or win matches when given the chance.
