I found this to be a wonderful review, on an extraordinary product. I, myself, am a Titleist Performance Institute certified fitness instructor. I have a 100% satisfaction rate with all my clients. I have worked with a wide range of players, from the weekend hacker to the touring professional. All have made big improvements in very little time. I would highly recommend myTPI.com for anyone who is looking to improve their game and overall fitness level. The rewards will be tenfold to the investment of time and money. The exercises are geared towards those problem areas of your game, eliminating those physical limitations the create inefficiencies in your golf swing. The exercises include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility enhancement, and plyometrics or speed training if necessary. The intended goal is to improve your golf performance by attacking the root cause, the golfer’s ability to make a repeatable swing with repeatable results. MyTPI.com is also one of the largest databases for equipment testing including, range finders, exercise equipment, and learning devices to name a few. I recommend checking out their website just for the collaboration of information with PGA instructors as well. To quote Levar Burton, "You don't have to take my word for it."

Great review! I was wondering if the TPI workout program offers any plyometric exercises specifically for the golf swing?

Thank you

Thanks for the in-depth review. I am wallowing with the PDF exercises this winter, but like the idea that Titleist has come up with. It sounds like a big improvement. Keep us updated with your progress and thoughts.

Why aren't they advertising this service in the golf magazines and popular web sites is my only question?
