  1. you keep your wrist hinge on the downswing very well. what i think everybody is talking about is you backswing is very handsy. looks to me that you start your backswing with your hands. it should be a one peice takeaway starting with your arms and then hinging your wrists. seems to me your doing both of these things both at the same time.
  2. here's a drill that i always liked. take your normal backswing but pause at the top and count to 2 seconds then take your downswing. this will teach your brain that there is a pause at the top of the swing which should make you start your downswing with your hips. i also like the this drill. instead of taking a full 100 percent swing. take a swing at 50 percent of the speed and 50 percent of the effort. kind of like slo motion swing. this gives your brain enough time to notice were everything is during the swing and gives you enough time to think to start with the hips first.
  3. its better but your still taking it outside a little bit. i would still suggest putting a shoe bow or something there so you can take it outside. the one other thing i see is your flipping at it. try keeping your wrists hinged for as long as possible. one thing you can do is take your backswing, take your right hand off and hook the shaft with your right index finger. then take your downswing and you can pull the shaft back with your right finger to ingrain the feeling in your mind. look at this: http://www.golfdigest.com/golf-instruction/2011-02/david-leadbetter-lag
  4. a bowed wrist at the top isnt really a bad thing. just look at dustin johnsons swing. i would though try to change your backwing and get rid of that outside path. you dont have to if you dont want but i think changing it would lead to more consistent golf shots. if you do want to fix it just get a show box and but it to the right of the ball and back a little bit. if you take the club outside you will hit the box.
  5. looks like you start the club on a outside path. look at 8 seconds at the video above of your 7 iron
  6. you club face angle is horrible at the top of your swing. your laid off a ton. you club face is pointing up at the sky.
  7. yes, i like the players i teach to keep everything pretty centered over the ball. this makes it easier to get back to impact position correctly. the takeaway should be two pieces. first your hands move back and you cock your wrists till your arms are parallel to the ground then you start your body to complete the full turn. then on the downswing you start your lower body first which puts the club into the perfect position to release the clubhead for solid contact.

  9. keep your elbow close to your body and really exaggerate the right wrist turning over the left on the follow through. left wrist should be parallel to the target at impact.(i.e. get your left wrist back to were it was at setup) you can also drop your left foot back a little bit to help hit the ball right to left.
  10. i would say drop your hands a little bit at address. also rotate your hips a little more through impact. your hips should be almost facing the target at impact and yours looked a little closed. with your shallow swing plane its very important to get through the ball keep your wrist hinged on the downswing for as long as possible. seems like your flipping at the ball a little. the big thing i saw in your swing was your takeaway. on your takeaway it looked like your body started moving back with your arms. you have to start you backswing with you arms until they are parallel to the ground then start you lower body. think of it as a two piece takeaway rather than one fluid motion. this is probably why your takeaway is a little inside like Tifosinumerouno said.
  11. personally i think your follow through is a little to upright. it looks like a colin montgomerie follow through. this could be restricting your hip turn. if you shallow out your follow through i think it might help. for me i think its hard to properly turn you right wrist over enough to with a high follow through
  12. not to be rude but your swing it really not good. -you grip has to be totally redone, it his bad and i dont know how you hit the ball like that -you start the club on an outside path -your follow through has to be lower.(more like throwing a frisbee than throwing a bag of potatoes over your shoulder) -you do have a chicken wing but thats because of your follow through. with that follow through there is no way you can rotate your right hand over your left to properly release the club

  14. here's what i see. -to much lower body movement, no real drive into the ball -keep you head up, see you when you rotate you shoulder is over your chin? you shoulder should be under your chin.
