Can someone tell me what that building is over Rae's Creek behind the 11th green.....Looks like a covered bridge???

Thanks for the quick reply...I have tried to get some ideas via Google but many sites appear to be for individual handicaps and not for setting one up for a club...This club does have a slope rating etc. now. Flybob

I belong to a small 9 hole club near my home and they would like me to setup a handicap program for the club. They now operate on such a program but would like to make a change to another system...(Not sure why). Can someone advise where I might go to locate such a program? USGA or otherwise? Flybob
