Hello
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself.
My name is Bob and I live in central PA. I am 50 yrs old.
A little about my golf experience. In my youth (teens) a friend of mine introduced me to golf. We never played on a course, but we did hit a some balls at the range and putted a bit. Never did enough to really get involved. But I think that is when the bug bit but due to life and family never picked up another club. Years later my one son tried golf and I took him to a range to smack a few balls around. He lost interest rather quickly and that ended my golf involvement till recently.
I have always enjoyed watching play on TV and often thought about taking it up. Now recently the bug has really bit. I am getting older and want something that will challenge me and I will be able to enjoy.
My plan is to purchase a starter set of clubs. Also before I swing a club I want to take some lessons so that I do not pick up any bad habits and get started on a solid footing.
