Yes, the right foot back was compensating for a tendency of leaving my shoulders open at address -- I do need to get back more square.
I'll experiment with the right wrist hinge you mentioned - that sounds related to something I was having success with but backed off of, which was rolling my left forearm over more, which will bend the right wrist back and also tucks my right elbow in. The reasons I moved off it probably aren't valid anymore so I'm anxious to experiment.
Regarding hips/pelvis more forward... is this the same as increasing secondary axis tilt at impact?
