  1. I have been on a lifestyle change (not weight loss) for about 3mths now, started at 243 and I presently weigh in at 218...I want to get to 200lbs even. All I've done is eat less at all my servings, drink NO sodas at all, mostly just juice and mostly water, and exercise daily.....eat at least 1 salad a day at any setting...... The reason I call it a lifestyle change is, when your simply on a diet, you mostly all the time gain all and many times more weigh back. I had too for my children and for me, it wasn't anything for me to eat 3-4 bowls of cereal at a time, eat junk food while watching TV etc....and believe it or not I feel alot better about myself since losing the weigh
  2. I say run and never play that course again..... (only kidding), Man what a blessing huh? count yourself lucky...some nice guy I'd say.... Yeah, if your going to play w/him again I think a box of some nice balls would be a good response on your part... Way to go though on the new club.....
  3. I think we all know/have known someone who always thinks they hit it further then they really do. My favorite though is the guy who always says that he hits em 270-280 (but always far right, left, next fairway but never straight for example) and thinks he's awesome. I'd rather be the guy who hits em 230-250 for example but straight down the middle of the fairway.
