As it had poured down recently my course was playing preferred lies 'through the green'. Most people thought that meant anything beyond the green so the pro had to make a sign up saying it was anywhere on the course.

I think i just got it on a bad day, it was a lovely course and the members and staff were very friendly. Windy though! Loads more pictures of the course here

Took this picture yesterday at Invergordon Golf Club in the Highlands of Scotland. Fair to say it was windy.

I prefer the Nike PD Long balls. PD Softs are pretty good for the money you pay, not as high hitting as Srixon AD333 and a lot cheaper than Pro V1s. I always feel i get 20 yards further on my drives with the PD Longs.
