  1. Horribly sexist? How dare anyone acknowledge that someone of the opposite sex is attractive! Don't you people realize this is the 21st century?!
  2. I never called you a bandwagon fan. That was the other guy.
  3. Fandango is your friend on opening weekend. Pay a $1 convenience fee and you don't ever have to worry about them selling out. edit: That is making the assumption that your local theater uses fandango. I forget that since I live in the city now I get perks that small towns don't get sometimes.
  4. 11 > 4 Looks like a marijuana leaf sticker... I'm guessing Miami?
  5. Today = Last Saturday I shot my best round ever with a 75 on a par 70 course. It is the oldest course in Birmingham so it is very short (5801 yd). I had one eagle and 2 birdies with one double bogey (after hitting tee shot OB). I had 7 bogeys as well. I had 3 great opportunities for birdie that I couldn't convert. Just couldn't get any putts to fall from ~10 ft. My previous best round was 82 (which I did twice), so I was especially stoked about beating that by 7 strokes. The rating and slope was 68.1/128, so it was a really easy and short course. I was still playing very well though.
  6. I just got mine on yesterday too. I remember signing up for them a while back, but I had forgotten. Looking forward to trying them out.
  7. You are right about that. I included car debt as optional in the original post just because that is typically something that everyone has. It definitely is not on the same level as a mortgage.
  8. Seeing all of the replys to this thread talking about paying off debt made me wonder... How much debt do most of the users here have? Feel free to ignore the mortgage and car payments (even though they are technically debt as well).
  9. Well, the type of chicks that'd double up on a dude like me do
  10. I live about 5 minutes from that course. Always funny to come across locals one the interwebs. I like Eagle Point, but I prefer something with a bit more challenge: http://www.rtjgolf.com/COURSES/oxmoor_valley/
  11. Most teams in the SEC would be happy with 3 losses. That is part of playing in a league that had 5 teams in the top 15 at the end of last season. Oh and did I mention that we play a conference championship AFTER the regular season?
  12. I think if you could afford the entry fee and the vacation time, then why not give it a shot. If nothing else you would be able to play some extremely competitive golf, instead of the typical golf vacation.
  13. Give this guy some Rep! Solid work my friend.
  14. You were the most "redicilous". Golf ettiquette suggests that you request to play through. Not ride their tails until they get the drift. If you had hit one of them with your tee shot, you would be legally responsible (I.E. you could be sued). If you were only going to be playing nine holes then why did you decide that you should hit over them on the ninth hole? You were so close to being done that it doesn't serve any good.
