  1. I too am a Watch addict. I've purchased a lot of watches over the years, and my current omega seamaster is the best, I gotta tell ya, the watch merits the price tag, it is very resistant to abuse, all the other watches (seiko, citizen) the bezel and crystals scratch real easy, my omega is scratchless. Im not sure Id spend that kind of dough for an oakly timepiece, you can have an omega at that price (used) check out "time zone" forums, they have a marketplace section with a lot to chose!!!
  2. I am currently using a set of I5/G5 's and love them. My longer irons 5-4-3 are G5's and they're awesome. I tried the G10's and I10's and saw no real difference aside from the color. I tried out a lot of Irons and felt confident with the Ping's, plus the custom fitting is great. It has a lot of feel and just enough forgiveness!!
  3. Its funny people don't have a problem droping $400 bills on a driver but some have trouble spending mula on a putter. I tried a ton of putters, would test them at the store, buy them, and field test them. I spent so much time picking the right putter, but I am OCD to the max!!! finally found a great putter, I feel comfortable putting and it shows when I put. It just so happens to be a Scotty!!! and I paid $250
  4. Check out the Bridgestones e5, or e6, I love the way the e5 work, nice distance and feel, and they bite good off my wedges, and the price is half of the Pro V's (which I used to play)
  5. There is alot of courses to choose here in Cali, I can play rounds from $27 to $60 normally, depending on course and day, but I have to use those discount websites and plan a little. If I just decide to play and go to the course, weekdays are around $40-$50 weekends $60-70 for full 18 and for 9 which I do sometimes I can pay about $20 for walking. I normally play once a week at least 9 at least, but 18 at least twice a month.
  6. I had a similar predicament and I filled my bag with a 3 wood (15*) a 19* Hybrid, a still carry a 3i just incase, but I got my self a PW, a 52, 56 and 60 wedge, a still have a small gap up on the driver wood section but I am better in the 100-120 yard range so I am more comfortable using wedges!!
  7. I am using a mixed ping set G5 for the longer irons. and I5 for the shorter irons, orange dot and rifle 6 shafts, they have the feel of blades, but they are cavities, and nice to look at, IMHO that is, I like them. Plus the brushed look, as opposed to the chrome look, can't even tell the use I put into them
