I recently bought the new speed stix that you see advertised on the golf channel. The one that says take 20 swings a day and increase your swing speed by 20mph. Well mine broke the first week. They did send me a new one promptly and that one is still working 1 week later. It really hasn't increased my swing speed at all. I measure it with swing radar unit. I bought the 716 AP2s and sold them the same week. My driver swing speed is 105 mph max. I not only couldn't hit the irons consistently, but lost distance. My body was aching too. My set had stiff shafts. Regular shafts may have helped. I ended up going back to my TM R7s and am happy.

I played Locust Hill in the ROC this year and literally couldn't use any ball except Pro v1. The other balls wouldn't stop on the lightening fast greens. Also, got my first hole in one with a Pro v1x. 150 yard 8 iron.

Turning stone is awesome. Shenandoah is fun, but Kaluyaht is a beast.

These distances sound pretty long to me. I play up north with very little roll sometimes. Where are you guys playing? South? West? My carry is 180-190 with 10.5 TM Burner driver.
