Shot a 75 today with a double on #17, a real easy hole %&*#. Slope is 119 so not a real tough course. But I did beat my age of 78.

I hit Mizuno MP60 Irons with a 5.0 rifle shaft. I am 78 and my swing speed has slowed since I purchased them back in 2005. I like the head but the clubs are getting a bit heavy and I have lost about 10 to 15 yards per iron. I carry a 7.4 index. The rifle shaft weighs about 115 grams and I was thinking about changing shafts to a graphite shaft that weighs about 70 grams or less. Do you think it will help?
