Without a doubt, the Lamkin Tour Black Full Cord. They are much better than crossline cord. I like cords because they last significantly longer than regular rubber. If you are going regular rubber, get plain jain Lamkin crosslines.

I was planning on doing an Ireland trip next summer for my college graduation trip, but place tickets are just so expensive. I may have to do Hawaii. I have heritage in Ireland, and I think it looks like a great place to go.

Ive been wanting to play golf in hawaii too...My friend played Ko'olau and he said it was absolutely amazing. He's a pebble beach nut, and he said he actually prefered this to pebble. I've never played either, so I dont have much of a say on them. I do know that I played the Links at Kuilima over at turtle bay. It is a 9 hole regulation length course, but it was nothing spectacular. Still fun though.

Handicaps are a funny thing. I think it is a good idea to keep one. It's nice to know if you are improving or not. I've read up on how they work, but it is just weird to me. I don't play golf too much anymore. I get out about once a month during the school year (im in college), and in the summer maybe twice a week. My low index for june was 4.7, and then for july it crept down to 3.5. Now, for august it is 3.2....There is no way that I play good enough to be a 3.2. I shoot consistently in the mid to high 70's
