I just wanted to follow up that this has been resolved. Medicus called last night and I was able to square away the order. An item was on back-order, so I picked a different color and all was solved. My wife will appreciate the present, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it too. :) @ iacas - Thanks for your help.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had difficulty ordering (receiving) the 5SK video set? I ordered December 15th and haven't received anything yet. I’ve called twice, and they haven’t been able to tell me anything about my order. First time they said they’d email a tracking #, second time they offered a $15 discount which I declined in an attempt to just find out what the status was on my order. I suppose patience should be my focus, but I’m tempted to just call the credit card company to cancel.
