  1. Trying to heal a foot injury, so making full swings isn't in the card right now. I hit some putts at home for 15 minutes and did my arm speed drill for like 5 mins.
  2. I unfortunately wont be able to make it to this one. Looks like its going to be a good time, so I hope yall enjoy it!
  3. Played 18 with @iacas at WW in the morning. I had very productive day in finding and recreating feels on the course.
  4. Didnt have much time today but got about 15 minutes of slow motion mirror work.
  5. I believe it just to keep glue out of the shaft while they are assembling. Some companies use a light weight metal version. I usually just drill it out with no issues.
  6. I had an absolute blast playing Tobacco Road. I've had the opportunity to play Caledonia and True Blue, both of which are Strantz courses. Tobacco Road is my favorite of those three by far. In my opinion, there were no holes that felt like the others and that is something I haven't experienced. I'm not much of an architecture guy, but you can tell there is something special about this course. Holes challenge you in different ways, but on many of the holes, there are safe ways of getting around. Some areas are absolute death spots, but you are given plenty of room to navigate around those spots. If you take on hero shots and pull them off, you are rewarded greatly. However, if you fail to pull it off you are equally punished. All in all I loved playing the course and it is on my to-do list to bring others that have never played there before. I'll post a few of my favorite photos that I took.
  7. My goals this year: 1. Post at least 50% of the rounds I play to GHIN. \I played a lot of "practice rounds" last year so I want to have a more accurate handicap. 2. During the actual golf season, have a practice day at least once a week. \Played a lot of golf last year, but didn't actually work on stuff all that often. 3. Be in contention to win my yearly tournaments. \Winning would be nice, but I think having a chance to win will be big step forward. 4. Last one is life goal and golf goal in one. I need to continue my fitness regime, my nutrition plan, and The Stack program. All three will help my golf game, but more importantly help my overall well being.
  8. Worked on full swing stuff at Golf Evolution this morning. Starting to slowly work on backswing stuff and blending it into transition stuff.
  9. I honestly think Rahm leaving the PGA tour will be the lynchpin for the PGA tour allowing LIV players back. It may not be for 2024, because statuses are already set, but membership is already upset and losing one of their biggest players is soul crushing.
  10. Did a Stack session this morning and then worked on my downswing piece for a little bit.
  11. I voted #4. If I am being honest with myself, there is certain equipment or brands that I would never play even if was the best for me. Some of it is looks, some of it is past experience with those brands.
  12. Got a Fit for Golf workout in and then had a real good session with @iacas at Golf Evolution.
