Hi Guys,
I am currently playing well and blasting my driver with a high towering draw however I am struggling with thin iron shots especially ones that are pushed to the right. I have embedded this link of my swing however it is not in slo mo unfortunely. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i would love to get down to single figures this season. I can hit irons well up to about my 7 iron and then i hit low blocks or pushes, this is unusual for me as i am a mid to high ball hitter.
Additionally, i am hitting my irons very short as i can hit it 20 yards past my playing partners however i am hitting more club than them on the par 3s.
Here is a distance grid in yards:
Driver: 240-260
5 Wood: 180-205 (180 carry)
1 Iron: 210-220 (195 Carry)
4 Hybrid: 170-185 (170 Carry)
4-PW (Carry): 160-105 (about 10 yard gap until 5 and 4 iron)
52 Wedge: 95 (Carry)
60 Wedge: 60 - 65 (Carry)
Here is my swing:
I've been Playing Golf for: 3 years
My average score is: 80 My typical ball flight is: slight draw The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Push fade
