I've been Playing Golf for 15 years, just started back up after a 5 year break. I was a 16 handicap and cannot break 100 now. My current handicap index or average score is +30. My typical ball flight is: average The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: hit off the toe and pull irons.

Half the time I hit really well straight shots and the other half is a straight pull to the left but always seems to be solid contact. I've noticed the ball marks are always on the toe of the iron. What am I doing wrong in my swing?
