Hello everyone. I'm a new member here and I'm looking for some help/guidance on a set of clubs once owned by my father, who passed away last year. Actually, I believe these irons were owned by his father, my grandfather, who I never met as he passed away before I was born.
Anyways, the Wilson clubs are 3-9 with what appears to be a putter. Although it doesn't look like a putter of recent years that I am familiar with. The 4 and 6 iron are stamped, "Ed "Porky" Oliver", and the remaining irons are stamped, "E.J."Dutch" Harrison". All irons have Reg. No. S6085. All irons are in fantastic condition and appear to have only been hit a few times and appear almost new condition. The grips are leather and are in great condition as well.
I'm trying to find out any information about these clubs. I've searched eBay, internet, and I can not find any clubs similar. I don't even know if they were made in the 50's or 60"s or earlier.
Can anyone help? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I hope this is the correct section to post this thread.
