Hey everyone,
Just recently joined and wanted to say hello! I've been playing golf since I was a small boy and still love it to this day. However the last few years my playing time has decreased dramatically due to working 70 hour weeks. I am getting back into it for two main reasons. One is because I just love the game it brings me joy even when I'm sucking! Two because I am looking to make a career change and actually start a career in the game of golf doing repair, sizing and gripping. I work in the automotive industry as a service advisor and I realized I don't love it. I love working with my hands getting projects done and I love golf so why not combine the two. A lot of golf jobs require me to be a pro or make minimum wage driving carts around and at my current age neither are a reality. So why not do the other part of things. The real nitty gritty stuff of making people's swings better through proper sizing and gripping?
I really hope to find not only support but great advice here. I do not know everything or even a lot for that matter since I really am just getting back into the game after a two year hiatus. So here's a big thank you in advance for all of the knowledge that you all will share with me.
