  1. The debate will go on forever. I think we can all pretty much agree that they are/were the best golfers of their generation. I feel that Tiger has better overall athleticism, and I think that Tiger in his prime is just a little bit better than Jack in his prime. Still in the grand scheme of things we'll never know because a true comparison just can't happen. I don't believe that there should ever be a greatest all-time player for any sport. As they say "records are always meant to be broken". People always want to find the next greatest thing when we should all just appreciate the players for what they are...the dominant players of their era.
  2. I agree with this. Competitive play or if it involves money I would say speak up. The honors of teeing up first doesn't mean anything...other than being the first to tee off. If someone has to cheat to play a game for fun then they have bigger issues then cheating at golf.
  3. I don't think you can compare the 2 of them really. They played in different generations so it's hard to say who was really better. Comparing the greatest players of any generation really comes down to comparing their competition which is a difficult task in itself. It's like comparing Michael Jordan to Kobe or LeBron. All great players, but who's the best??? Many would say Jordan and with good reason. The clutch play, the championships, and he was doing things that nobody really did before him. But would Jordan stand out in today's NBA? I really don't know since the players are so much more athletic now as opposed to when he was playing so it's hard to say. Jack and Tiger are both the greatest players of their generation...who's better? We'll never really know. If I absolutely had to pick one I would say Tiger. Reason being his athletic skills are just outstanding in my opinion.
