Thanks for the responses. I'll try to post a video of my swing. I would say I have a low to mid ball flight and tend to play a left to right shot. This is a video of me swinging in my backyard. Thanks for the help.

Hey, I'm a high school golfer and I like to think I'm pretty good. All of a sudden I've noticed that I've lost a ton of distance on my irons. I used to carry the 160 yd par 3 at my home course with a 9i but now it ends up 20 yards short and in the water. I've lost about this much on every iron shot. I think it might be from my upper body rotating through before my lower body but I'm not quite sure. Any advice would help!
