  1. what are you hitting from 120? I hate hitting wedges full so from 120 im taking 3/4 gap wedge. I use to take full strokes with my wedges and it never worked for me.
  2. 6.0 is stiffer and 5.5 I play 6.0's in my ap's and I love them. Ive never played DG shafts but I believe their right in the middle of stiffness between the 5.5's and 6.0's somewhere around 5.7
  3. as far as shaft wise go, how high are you getting the 6.0's?
  4. shot a meh 39 with no bridies.. and had the pulls.
  5. Before I purchased my AP2's I tried the bridgestone j36 combos. and found that I disliked the forgivness with a passion. Personally I would go with the callaways as I was an owner of the x20 tour set and loved them
  6. As of now im working on reading putts and getting confidence to put it in the hole..My lag putts are terrific but nothing falls. also working on slowing my swing down to gain more accuracy. and lastley my mental game. I need to learn that its okay to get 2 bogeys in arow. fire away and get a bird on the next ;)
  7. I got the easy way out.. work at a golf course. free golf :D
  8. welcome, im new myself.
  9. yup, thats what happened to me coming off the winter, I had the shanks for about a week. I first thought im coming over the top. but I never do that so I was stuck. My coach said I was getting the hozel out too far without turning the club face. and thats common for more skilled players that get the shanks.
  10. couple things. 1.you could be swinging to hard.. trying to get the best 2nd shot available 2.most likley coming over the top hard in your swing so try to take the club back more inside in your backswing then feel like you push out to the right in your follow through. 3. you might not be getting your wrists through. thats what occurs when I slice my driver occasionaly. but im a natural drawing so its not often.
  11. Im in 10th grade and I golf everday atleast 18 holes with a large bucket of balls. Sometimes i need to take a 2-3 day break though because you definatly dont want to overplay and get sick of golf. thats what my swing coach says anyways.
