Anyone lol?

I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years My current handicap index or average score is: 20.2 My typical ball flight is: straight or slight fade The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: push fade/slice Hey guys new poster here! Just wondering if anyone could have a look at my swing videos and give me some tips. I was hitting a nice little fade with my irons but lately I've been push fading my iron shots mainly from 8 iron up, wedges and 9 iron are pretty straight. Driver is ok but I hit it low and have a large fade which on occasion will be a large slice. And as for the hybrid I will usually hook it like a bitch!! Any tips will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance everyone. Videos:
