  1. The post with the Phil gambling statistics where is shows he once lost $143K on one day's MLB bets. Let's just say that isn't the total picture. He's lost 2-3 million in one weekend more than once.
  2. Added a score from 5/27. Shot 88 and prediction is 85. This is a par 71 course.
  3. I aspire to post as many rounds as DavePo43 and SJDuffers. 🙂

    Congratulations !!!💥
  5. I think this is really in the Pet Peeves category, but those threads are pretty old so I'll post it here. The category is Come on man!!! People at the turn who walk into the grill room at the club and order a cheeseburger. Come on man!
  6. The picture incident happened this year and it was before either of them joined the LIV Tour. Could be lots of reasons for PP not to go into the details. One of them would be that PM could have easily deleted the evidence, and it would have been a he said she said deal at the end of the day.
  7. The only thing true in the above is there was a picture. There was no practice round, Unless PP's practice round was when he left the room to go to the bathroom. There was no flirting on Ashley's Perez's part and what PM did (the picture) is gross and unforgivable. I can't fault PP for his feelings about PM. PM is just a sick, gross, lying jerk who hides behind that stupid smile. The golf media has been giving him a pass for years. Based on what I know, the caddie story is complete BS. BTW, you're instincts about not listening to the Pull Hook Golf podcast are spot on. Besides the two host just speculating and passing BS gossip as if they have some inside info, the sound quality is terrible. I couldn't listen to it for more than a few minutes.
  8. PP got $7M for signing with LIV. 50% up front and then the rest when he showed up for his first LIV tournament.
  9. The tipping started around or after the Civil War story is filled with holes. Tipping was occurring in the US as early as 1840, and unrelated to slavery. At least five southern states banned tipping at one time, but it was later ruled unconstitutional. As for tip sharing, that is standard practice in the restaurant industry. In some restaurants all tips are pooled, while at others the servers are responsible for paying out a percentage of their tips to the table bussers and runners who assist them. That is only right and fair IMO.
  10. I have partial knee replacements in each knee in 2019. My game is just as good if not better than before the surgeries. I really can’t feel or tell any difference in playing other than the knee pain all gone. It was pretty bad before the replacements. Glad I did it.
  11. Perez managed to keep his PGA Tour card for 25 straight years. Never lost it. He also won three times, most recently in 2017. Before leaving for LIV he was on track to keep his card for another year. He also already had his Champions Tour exemption earned. So it seems he was competitive. To be fair he wasn’t getting the LIV deal without his buddy DJ, but that has paid off quite well To the tune of $13M+ so far. He probably ain’t missing the PGA Tour.
  12. Well in Sammy's defense he was Jewish, and he was drunk. 😆
  13. Perez signed a four year contract. He received $5M up front and the other $5M when he played in the Oregon tournament. I can't imagine the contract would allow them to drop a player and clawback any of the money already paid. The LIV Tour what maybe 20 or so names so far? They fill up the rest of the field with basically no name golfers. So it looks like they have plenty of room to sign more PGA Tour players. Say what you will about Perez, but he is the most honest about why he signed. He already has more money in less than a month on the LIV Tour than he was likely to earn in four more years (when he turns 50) on the PGA Tour. He has never lost his tour card and has had to grind it out the past few years. Why shouldn't he do something that secures the future for him and his family? I know, the sports washing, but big money would tempt many people.
  14. Are there any sports books taking bets on the pro-ams?
