I’m in the market for a new putter. The more I’ve researched I’ve only gotten more confused. Toe Hang, face balanced, arc path... I just want to putt the ball. Mid spending $100 on putter fitting worth it? How much will it really help? Doesn’t the average person change their swing based on “how it should be done” in front of any instructor or pro?

Club Rat: our format is 2 man team. Each has their adjusted GHIN and low team adjusted score is recorded for that hole. Win the hole=1 point. Team with highest points at end of season wins some cash. No real records from previous years. Too many teams come and go each year.

Just looking for suggestions on handicapping our 9 hole golf league. What is the best system for keeping it fair and competitive? Currently we get 80% of our GHIN for the 9 holes. I’ve noticed the sandbaggers benefit and the better, honest players get screwed. I was wondering if the Callaway system would make it more fair? Please help. Sandbaggers are bad for golf. You know who you are!

Thanks for the advice. I pulled the trigger on the Under Armour Storm match play bag. I've used it one a cart and carried. It's super light to carry 18 yet big enough to hold all my junk when riding. I think I made a good choice. It may take some getting used to only having a 4 way divider (I hate club chatter) but I've been weaving a tour towel around the clubs to reduce that. So far so good.

Looking for new bag. Like the staff bags but I'm no pro. Like the cart bags but occasionally walk. Is the a best of both worlds here? And don't say pull carts. ?

Is it "shiny" almost plastic looking?

I've been seeing a lot lately about Polyurethane Leather (PU leather) golf bags. Has anyone used one? I know they're cheaper than real leather, but do they hold up? Seems like they would crack so split quite easy.

I'm looking for anyone who may have experienced a similar injury. I'm a right handed golfer and am having an issue with the top of my right hand. It happened about 4 weeks ago when I caught a wedge shot fat off the tee box. The divot was a good piece of sod. Since then I've had pain on the top of my hand whenever I hit down on the ball. It hurts only for a few seconds then fades.
