  2. Thanks. I’m reluctant to use GolfNow to book the tee time only because of the negative reviews. But I think I will give them a try. Especially since the guy at the golf course was going to charge me $12 extra. 😡
  3. I’m looking for some suggestions. What is the best method you’ve used to book a tee time? I’ve looked at GolfNow but have read so many negative reviews. I looked at EZLinks but they’re not at all courses. Case in point; I wanted to book a tee time at Marine Park GC in Brooklyn, NY. You can walk 18 holes. GolfNow price is $46 after 1pm. EZLinks says no tee times available. I called the golf course directly and person told me he has a 9am tee time for $56. Are there any other options that have worked for you?
  4. Wedge update. I now have a 60 and 56 degree wedge. Mack Daddy 4. Love them. If it ever stops snowing here in NY, I can practice with them and see how they feel.
  5. I’m getting a static fitting for my driver, hybrids and irons, and I also need new grips to be put on. I have all my recommended adjustment measurements (lie angle, club length, etc) from my golf coach. I live in Queens, NY. What places would you highly recommend?
  6. I had been looking at a SBK travel case which price wise would work out but I saw a few reviews that complained about there being no room to put their golf shoes in with their bag. When I went to Scottsdale years ago, and used my Bag Boy, I was able to put everything in there, including extra clothes. Bottom line is I want my clubs to arrive in 1 piece.
  7. I have a Bag Boy soft sided travel case that I used one time about 9 years ago. It’s still in good condition so I’m thinking I will use it again. On the positive side, I’ll be able to put my golf shoes and stuff in it as well.
  8. I’m traveling to Florida in a couple of weeks. I’m flying JetBlue. What hard sided golf bags can anyone recommend.
  9. Cost is a factor. Clubs arriving intact is a factor as well. Since I’m taking the wife, I could use the money spent on Ship Sticks to take her out to dinner. ? I haven’t booked the flights yet, but I’m figuring that when I do, I can call the airline and find out how much is the costs for oversized bags.
  10. Thanks for the input. My trust issues were not so much about my clubs but my other items in my bag. Specifically my GPS watch, which is no issue, cause I will just remove it. To be on the safe side I’ll probably choose the 2 day option, as I don’t need them overnight.
