I have a friend I would like to make a club for. I have a r11s 10.5 head laying around I want to utilize.
She is about 5' - 5'2" and until recently was using a Men's stiff RBZ driver. She probably chokes down about 3.5". It looks pretty funny.
She had another driver laying around that she had me cut down. This was at least a Regular flex driver. I took about 3.25" off it for her.
As I stated before, I would like to setup the r11s. She hits a driver really well and I think her ideal flex would be in the range of a Regular flex to a stiffer senior flex shaft.
What do you folks recommend? Assuming the other driver was 46" and is now 42.75". What would be the best way to achieve the flex I am looking for? Cutting that much off the top must have some affect on the stiffness of the shaft. Is there a combination of trimming the bottom and top I should do with a certain stiffness shaft? Really not sure what to do here. I have thrown many parts together in the past, but really at a loss what to do here.
Thanks for your input.
