  1. Yeah. I decided to go with a 65gram shaft and 44.5 lenght (tour lenght). Looked like better accuracy 🙂
  2. Hi, I'm gonna buy a Cobra F9 driver and have decided to go with the Hzrdus black 6.5. And now I'm deciding on 65g or 75g. Because of reasons I cant try this in a trackman. A little background: 7 iron in trackman 96-98mph. Used to play Diamana Ahina 65g. Tried Hzrdus Yellow in my current driver, and it cant handle my swing - it was a bad choice. Hook it a lot. The 65gram should be an great choice I think, but does anyone think I could benefit from the 75g? Like added accuracy etc. And could the torque hurt me in some way?
  3. Yeah, my 7-iron swingspeed is 8mph more than the average 7-iron of PGA pros. Ofcourse there are players with the same speed and more. I went with the C-taper X from kbs. Now I hit my long-Irons a bit further, but much more controlled and less dispersion. Changed all of my shafts to X-stiff. Works really well 🙂
  4. Yeah I agree! So if i would reshaft my 50* as you suggest. How does it work, what shaft number do I ask for?
  5. I'm playing KBS C-taper 130X in my irons. I have standard shafts in my 50, 56 and 60 degree wedges. I only hit full shots with the 50 and 56, and when I do they seem to go incredibly high. The only time I have an "controlled trajectory" with them is the 75% shots and shorter. Would it be a good idea to use the C-taper 125s+ in the 50 and 56. And maybe c-taper 120s in the 60 degree? How would this affect my half-shots? Any other suggestions?
  6. Thank you for the feedback! I went with a Diamana Ahina X-stiff. It should be low launching, low spin, and a really stiff X apparantly.
  7. Yeah. My shaft is too soft, so I found some eBay alternatives with adapter for a low cost. Dont wanna invest too much in this 🤔
  8. Yeah. I was just thinking if the LZ might be a bit "softer" and maybe 7.0 would suit me better, as it's easier to load? Or would that be jumping to conclusions?
  9. Both the PX Black and the LZ 70 driver shafts are older. The LZ is from 2015. https://pluggedingolf.com/project-x-lz-shaft-review/

  11. I have a Ping G driver and an standard 65 Stiff shaft. Looking to replacing this with an X-stiff shaft, and have found some online with Ping adapter. I have about 98mph swingspeed with an 7 iron, and quite high launch in general. Please help me decide: Project X Black, 6.5 Project X LZ 70, 7.0 Project X LZ 70, 6.5
  12. So looking at KBS website, they say I should have c-taper X 130gram. And from looking at frequencies and comparing shafts, the c-taper seem to be 7.2 with a low launch and low spin, which would suit me. Compared to project X 6.5 that has 7.0 frequency. Gonna get s custom fitting. Thanks guys!
  13. Thank you ! Yeah a fitting would be best, to see numbers. X-stiff yes. I mean 6.5 is a x-stiff and 7.0 is a x-stiff+. I'm more about if 6.5 maybe not stiff enough? Or x100 for that matter. Yeah a friend told me about c-tapers. That they might work for me. But low lunch and low spin sounds Good. Well my coach didnt understand much when I as a 14 year old hit drives 330yards+. I'm only 174cm so maybe 5'9? But now 18 years later I want accuracy so x-stiff is the way to go 😃.
  14. Guys, I'm a bit confused about all the shafts available and hope you can help me narrow them down. Currently playing stiff. I have a lot of spin and a high trajectory. Looking for more accuracy and have read some about PX 6.5 or maybe 7.0? Some average stats with roll: Driver: 310 yards 4 iron: 240 yards 5 iron: 230 yards PW: 160 yards.
