  1. still a funny video...lol although....to be fair..dont ever swing your golf club at someone...if you connect...you will most likely be spending time in jail
  2. i think we should make bob synonymous with a hot head golfer..lol
  3. lol at the bob story :) i used to have a friend that would do and say anything to get under someones skin. this was when we were just getting into golf a few years back...so we were shooting above 100 usually. these days im on the hunt to break 80 anyway, this guy would stand in your shot, sometimes yell out..and be freaking out all the time. he has left his own golf tournament before :) he couldnt leave the place as we were his ride, but he organised and got us all on planes to florida...and then stormed off, and satin the cart the rest of the day...lol i dont let anything bother me, i had rented clubs that day and shot a 93...back then that was a best score for me :)
  4. about 175...however sometimes if i swing too hard it goes closer to 200 the 5 iron is a mystery club...lol usually i can control it to be 175-180...something like that
  5. ive done this sort of thing many times. sometimes ill bang it 300 yards down the fairway...and only be 50-60 yards out..then i go in for double bogey..lol but not often. on par 5's i usually par them or come close to birdie, the other day i had a chance for birdie on a par 5...missed it and got par...was bummed out...everyone said..nice par...i thanked them and in my mind i was breaking my club over my knee..lol

yes that happened to me this year i hit he ball long and far, nice and straight..but then mid way through this summer i started wondering if i was too far from the ball...too close to the ball....then i started pulling it left all the time it was really frustrating, i went back to the driving range and worked it out a bit. however, i think it is something that will improve with time, after 10 years of golfing we will have different concerns
  8. i usually do the following setup to a shot before i even reach my ball ive thought about what kind of shot i want to do. what club ill be using etc so...ill have club in hand and stand behind the ball..and visualize the ball flying through the air and landing where i want...i try to pick the smallest target possible. i then try to line my shot up with something in the foreground..a leaf or a stick or anything....i line up as if i am going to take my shot and do one warm up swing, nice and easy. i always put the club behind the ball and aim it...then i position my feet properly...and let her fly. in my warm up swing i really concentrate on swinging properly...all the way through i need to work on my writing..lol
  9. i havent tried doing this but it has been suggested to me a few times normally for 60-80 yards i use my sw and do an easy full swing then i have a gap wedge for 80-100 pw is usually 100-130 for me one thing i like doing is using a 7 iron to chip onto the green from 10 yards out or so, as long as i have a long run it works well for me
  10. that is awesome....my best score so far is 88...i shot it twice at different courses. i hope to be in the 80's for the whole summer next year. these days anytime i am below 95 im happy though :)
