it will depend on who you are, your swing, stats, contact... in theory, a longer shaft should get more clubhead speed and therefore more distance. and a shorter shaft should give you more control

best bet is to go hit both shafts in whatever head you plan on getting. while one shaft may be "better" than the other, it doesn't mean you will like it more.

Putters are the only thing I seem to keep for a "long" time. I had my Odyssey for around 3 years before I got my Scotty. Might be getting a rather old Scotty Studio as well that I'd send in to be restored.

Oil can for me. Feel is amazing, and imo they look amazing when new and when "rusted".

Has anyone sent off there wedges, or done it themselves, to have new grooves ground, ported, or have different angles ground? If so, did you think it was worth doing? thanks

Couldn't give up my 60*. I had been trying out a lot of different types of wedges(brands, loft, bounce), and had finaly went back to a pair of Vokey's (50* and 54*). Wanted to try out the SpinMilled cut, and got it in a 60*. Hasn't left my bag since. Like everyone has said it's one of the "How did I live with out it?" things.

I'm 17 and consistently hit 295 in the fairway, at sea level. I use(d) a Sky Caddie to measure all distances. Not leaving much on the tee, however, but also not trying to snap the shaft. That being said, I do think that a lot more teenagers are hitting it over 300 than most 'adults' would like to admit.

Lots of little stuff I do, all stuff I've been doing for a long time, more so habit than anything else. Three extra long red/pink tees in my right pocket. One tucked behind my right ear that I don't use. Divit tool in the right, ball marker in left. Glove goes in back right when I'm not using it. Other than that nothing in my pockets. Three green dots around the number on a ProV1x, blue line on the seam but not on where it says . Only have a extra on the first tee, then put it in my bag or in the cart, mental thing about thinking I'll "need" to use it. Seam the ball on the tee, wrighting down. Same with putts. 1889 Morgan Silver Dollar ball marker, heads down. 100 years before I was born. All I can think of now, never think about doing any of it anymore.
