This is the belt you want to wear

Posted

Pros: High quality leather belt, rachet belt system allows for finer adjustment than regular belts

Cons: A bit pricey compared to traditional belts

Beyond color you don't usually put much thought into a belt.  They all worked the same, you cinched it up, popped the hook into the hole and you were done.  The 1" waist increments served us well (that's all we knew), but over time, you'd see people wearing belts that suffered "hole stretching" which eventually leads to cracks.  "Hole stretching" occurs when us vain individuals refuse to use a looser hole on those nights where we eat and drink a bit too much.  If you listen closely you can hear the belt screaming in pain as the leather is stretched to it's limits.   Inevitably we give in and loosen the belt but by then it's too late, the damage is done...

Pros: Fully custom wedges, great feel, look great

Cons: Rust

Shaft:  HG OTM...

Pros: Reasonable price, custom stimp, portable

Cons: Questionable quality for long term use

Background:   I was looking for an indoor putting green that met my specific needs; Portable, I don't have room for a dedicated putting mat Higher quality than what's typically found in the box stores which are typically limited to 1'x10', cheap carpet material and requires all putts be uphill to accommodate the auto ball return Actual stimp ratings to simulate my home course green   I've used the box store 1'x10' putting mats and while they can help you to make a stroke I didn't feel my putting was improving from using it.  Most of my issues are with aim and the mat I owned makes alignment easy given the built in lines on it.   Package...
