Pros: Layout, value, location, scenery
Cons: Unforgiving on a bad outing, greens are inconsistent
I play this course very often, and I really enjoy it. It is a challenging course with a lot of different scenarios you can get yourself into. With sand, trees, and water dotting the entire course, every hole has its own challenges. The fairways are fairly wide on most holes, and include a lot of drastic elevation changes. The price is about average for the Knoxville area (+/- $30) and it is in a great part of town. My only gripe is that the greens are somewhat inconsistent (one green will be in fantastic condition, the next one will look like a tee box.) but that isn't enough to keep me from playing it, and it shouldn't be a deal breaker for you either.
