Who’s hot and Who’s not? That might be the best question heading into the final week of the PGA Tour’s regular season.

There isn’t a sadder day on the PGA Tour than the last Thursday of the regular season. Next week marks the final PGA event that counts towards the top 125 on the money list.

Hittin’ the Links checks the newly updated 125 on the money list this week, among other things.

Hole 1: The Average Joe

Hole 3: Four More
Oregon golf gem Bandon Dunes will be adding a fourth course to the already stellar layout. I for one can’t wait for the new track! [Link]

Hole 4: Change of Scenery?
Michelle Wie has had enough trouble trying to make her first PGA Tour cut this season, but amidst all of the changes in her life, she will have to deal with another one. Former agent Ross Berlin quit and is back working on the PGA Tour. Nike rep, Greg Nared, is the new “It” guy. [Link]

Hole 5: Sky High
Sky Sports and the PGA Championship have inked a deal to show continuing round coverage of the PGA Championship through 2016 in the United Kingdom and Ireland. [Link]

Hole 6: Skinned
Donald Trump and Tom Watson defeat Annika Sorenstam and Natalie Gulbis in the first of 2,000 Skins Games you’ll see this winter. God help those who actually watch every one of them! [Link]

Hole 7: PGA News and Notes
Some quality news and notes from around the PGA Tour. I guess we see that Steve Stricker is one of a couple of guys on tour that has his priorities straight [Link]

Hole 8: Couples Blood Clot
Be thinking about Fred Couples over the next couple of days. It was found earlier this week that the golf legend has a blood clot in his arm. Nothing too serious right now, but we will keep you updated. [Link]

Hole 9: Haney on Woods
Ever wonder where golf instructors like Hank Haney get their advice? Try their golf students like Tiger Woods! [Link]
